We offer professional construction management services for those clients who wish to design and build a unique and highly customized luxury residence. We also offer our clients professional architectural design services, although we will work with your architect or designer and would be happy to provide a preliminary estimate of your existing construction drawings. We will provide an expert review of your building program, project feasibility and budget requirements. On request, we will also evaluate your building lot choices, regarding their site use and improvements and assist in the selection of building systems and materials. Upon sufficient project identification, we will provide you with a preliminary cost estimate to be reviewed and adjusted accordingly. A control estimate will develop from this procedure, whereby a final project cost can be determined. We offer personalized, experienced management services, working for you, representing your interests.
Our objective for each project is to inform our client in reference to the residential products and services that will be offered to them, increasing their knowledge of the custom homebuilding process, and assisting them in making solid decisions that they will be able to live happily with for many years. We offer our services on a subcontract basis to design build architects wishing to bridge the communication gap between their office personnel and the subcontractors working in the field. We provide the highest quality construction management and interior/exterior finishes labor available, combining experienced supervision with uncompromising finish carpentry. Upon request, Paramount will provide your client with assistance in the selection, ordering and delivery of all interior allowance materials and arrange for their installation. We will also provide the project with accurate interior layout, from your plans, for manufactured and site built cabinetry, furniture, wall paneling, wainscoting and coffered ceilings, translating this information to the shop fabricators and field installers. If required, Paramount will provide a comprehensive interior moldings and doors material list to facilitate ordering and/or fabrication from the appropriate suppliers and manufacturers. We offer consultant and advisory services for future homeowners who are either planning, or are in the process of building their own home. Our consulting services are intended to provide unbiased, experienced guidance and knowledge to those who do not build for a living and need someone they can trust to give them the right path to follow.
